I am happily married to an incredible husband and the mother of three beautiful children. Over a year and a half ago, I was tipping the scales at 140 lbs. I had tried all the easy and effortless ways to lose weight. I thought that shake diets and any/all over the counter diet pills would magically make me lose weight, but had actually gained more weight than I lost.

After just the first 3 days of the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method, I felt like a new woman!
